The problem is ........
Last week over a discussion a friend of mine says
"we dont implement processes where they are actually required. What difference it makes if a dabbawala delivers a wrong dabba for one time by not implementing Six Sigma. But see the difference it makes if we implement Six Sigma in our Internal Security, Metro (for that matter ) any construction process."
For Some time i felt like isnt that true.
Do you think the same or you have a different view?
